Two sit down buffets are available – one where guests serve themselves mains and desserts from a central buffet, the other where a range of mains and dessert dishes are served to each table.

WYUNA PACKAGE: Table Buffet
Priced the same as traditional sit down receptions (ie the Melba Package)
In the predinner drinks area your guests will be greeted by our staff and offered ONE of the following ‘standing’ entree options. You therefore need to preselect one of the following:
Honey soy chicken served over our tasty fried rice
Bite size pieces of tempura fish served with hand cut fries and a lemon wedge
Salt and pepper squid with a rocquette salad
Thai Asian beef salad with cherry tomatoes and coriander & lime dressing
Once your guests have been seated in the reception room and the bridal party introduced, a table buffet will be provided to each table – providing your guests with a selection to choose from without leaving their seat.
You need to preselect THREE of the following dishes.
Bite size Chicken Wyuna – Juicy chicken breast pieces, lightly crusted with Macadamia nuts and served with plum sauce
Lemon and parmesan crusted chicken tenderloins with a mixed salad and aioli
Melt in the mouth pork belly with apple gravy and beetroot salad
Tender roast lamb fillet pieces with a Tuscan mix served with a rosemary gravy
Moroccan lamb and sausage stew with sultana and coconut rice pilaf
Pan-fried market fresh fish with a chunky Greek salad and lime butter
Scotch fillet steak served with a mushroom or green peppercorn sauce
Roasted lamb rack filled with spinach & pine nuts, finished with a plum & ginger sauce
Traditional roast pork with caramelized apples and baby carrots
Crispy skinned Atlantic salmon with wilted greens and a lemon and black caviar cream *
