Pre-dinner canapés & PREMIUM beverages are included… 

…as well as a Professional DJ, an additional half hour of reception time and transfer to your complimentary accommodation after your reception. 

Premium Beverages

Guests would be served the following wines and beers when seated during your reception in addition to our usual house range: 

 De Bortoli Windy Peak Cabernet Merlot, Lorimer Sauvignon Blanc and Rococo sparkling.

Tempura prawns with sweet soy dipping sauce and pickled ginger 

Salt and pepper calamari on an avocado and rocket salad with aioli

Thai eye fillet salad with a lime and chili dressing

Melt in the mouth roast pork belly with seared scallops & apple sauce  

Roasted Chicken breast with braised witlof, red lentils and corianda pesto 

Roasted lamb shoulder risotto with peas & parmesan cheese
