Buffet

You may like to provide your guests with a table platter for entree, then main course from an extensive buffet, followed by a selection of desserts served to each table.  A great way to let them choose what they would like from an impressive display!  Click here to view our Buffet Menu.

Delux Menu

For a true culinary experience your guests can receive alternating entrees and main courses followed by a selection of desserts served to each table – all items selected from our Delux Menu.  Table wines and beers are also upgraded.  Click here to view our Delux Menu.

Entre Platters

As an alternative first course instead of soup, a platter can be provided to each table from which your guests can select what they like.  You can choose Italian Anti-Pasto, Greek or Asian themed platters.

Dessert Buffet

 An impressive range of delicious desserts which you select can be provided for your guests from a buffet – allowing them to choose what items they would like.

 Individual Entrees

Your guests can receive a single entre selected from our Delux Menu instead of soup for $5 extra.  Alternating entres are $7 extra per adult.

Table Platters

 A variety of table platters can be provided for that extra touch – salads, antipasto, cheese & fruit, etc.  Prices vary depending upon your selections.

Choice of Menu

Guests can be offered a choice from two dishes of your selection in one, two or three course formats.  You can also ask your guests to preselect their courses in advance.

Premium Beverages

Guests would be served De Bortoli Windy Peak Cabernet Merlot, Lorimer Sauvignon Blanc and Rococo sparkling when seated during your reception, as well as Crown Lager and Cascade Premium Lite.

BYO Beverages

You can BYO wine & beer for sit down receptions, in which case the price per adult is reduced by $8 – but we still provide the non-alcoholic drinks.

Special Diets

Special dietary requests can be met when advised in advance – for no additional charge.

Payment Plans

You can choose to pay for your wedding by instalment on a regular or irregular basis – usually by making deposits via internet banking directly into our account.  There is no administration charge for progress payments.
