Your guests will receive alternating entrees and main course followed by our dessert buffet. We also include an upgrade to our premium beverage package, a Professional DJ, an additional half hour of reception time and transfer to accommodation within 20kms of Chateau Wyuna after your reception. Priced the same as traditional sit down receptions
You may provide your guests with a selection of dishes to choose from (served to the centre of each table) without requiring them to leave their seats. Click here to view our WYUNA PACKAGE.
Entree Platters – $3 extra per person
In addition to your selected entree, shared table platters can be provided from which your guests can select what they like. You can choose Italian Anti-Pasto, Greek or Asian themed platters.
Dessert Buffet – $5 extra per person
An impressive range of delicious desserts can be provided for your guests from a buffet – allowing them to choose what items they would like.
Choice of Menu on the night – Between $5 and $15 extra per person
Guests can be offered a choice from two dishes of your selection in one, two or three course formats. You can also ask your guests to preselect their courses in advance.
Time Extensions – $4.40 extra per adult per half hour
Available only for evening sit down dining receptions (1 hour maximum for Melba, Wyuna & Lancaster Packages, 30 minutes for Deluxe). Earle Cocktail packages may be extended at $120 per half hour plus drinks consumed.
Premium Beverages – $9 extra per adult
Guests would be served De Bortoli Windy Peak Cabernet Merlot, Lorimer Sauvignon Blanc and Emeri sparkling when seated during your reception, as well as Crown Lager and James Boags Premium – in addition to our standard house range.
BYO Beverages – $8 less per adult
You can BYO wine & beer for sit down receptions, in which case the price per adult is reduced by $8 – but we still provide the non-alcoholic drinks.
Special dietary requests can be met when advised in advance – for no additional charge.
You can choose to pay for your wedding by instalment on a regular or irregular basis – usually by making deposits via internet banking directly into our account. There is no administration charge for progress payments.

Lolly Bar – $5 extra per person
A magnificent mouth watering selection – guaranteed to provide the ‘wow’ factor.
Burgundy Room draping – $150
Fabric draping with fairy lights on the ceiling of the Burgundy room.
Premium Pergola Ceremony Setup – $250
Includes 40 Americana chairs, draping over the pergola, aisle chair sashes, topiary trees lining the aisle and either paper lanterns OR chandelier hanging from the pergola. Additional chairs are available for up to 80 guests @ $3.00 per chair.
White or black chair covers with your choice of coloured sash (satin or organza) secured by a silver buckle can be arranged for $4 per chair. Alternatively, chair sashes on their own secured by a silver buckle and table runners cost $2.50 each. Please note a minimum spend of $100 applies to all such orders.
